Unser Weg f\u00fchrt knapp 300 Kilometer in nord\u00f6stliche Richtung. Dorthin, wo das Wetter aktuell am schlechtesten ist. Nach dem ganzen &#8222;blau&#8220; brauchen wir einfach mal eine Abwechslung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/hagema-tours.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/DSCF4427-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1081\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/hagema-tours.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/DSCF4418-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1080\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir erreichen unsere Caba\u00f1a &#8222;Ranco Village&#8220;, die oberhalb des Lago Rancos inmitten einer Almlandschaft liegt. Allerdings vermuten wir nur, dass wir richtig sind. Hei\u00dfe Quellen sind wir ja bereits gewohnt. Diesmal entlang der Ostk\u00fcste des Lagos in die Umgebung und den Strand von Llif\u00e9n. Gr\u00fcn ist die vorherrschende Farbe der Region. Saftige Wiesen mit aberhunderten von grasenden Rindern und Pferden, Felder mit Gem\u00fcse und ein beeindruckend gro\u00dfer Bestand von verschiedenen Baumarten wechseln sich ab. Und in den Vorg\u00e4rten leuchten die bunten Blumen. Also direkt in die Vollen: &#8222;Dos kilos de filet de cerdo, por favor.&#8220; &#8222;Mira, aqu\u00ed hay un peque\u00f1o trozo.&#8220; Na dann. Wir balsamieren das &#8222;kleine St\u00fcck&#8220; mit Oliven\u00f6l, rosa Salz und schwarzem Pfeffer ein. Dann kommt es in eine feuerfeste Schale und diese f\u00fcr knapp zwei Stunden in den Gas-Backofen ohne Temperaturanzeige. Zwischendurch wird nach und nach ein halber Liter Cerveza in die Schale gegossen, damit nichts anbrennt und das Fleisch saftig bleibt. Zum Schluss kommt noch `ne jute Jusch Vino Tinto hinzu. Als Beilage werden die hier in der Gegend \u00e4u\u00dferst beliebten Puffbohnen gekocht. Gleichzeitig werden zwei Gem\u00fcsezwiebel, f\u00fcnf Knoblauchzehen und eine scharfe Peperoni in einer Pfanne angebraten und mit Rotwein abgel\u00f6scht. Das versteht sich nat\u00fcrlich auch w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Kochvorgangs f\u00fcr den Cocinero&#8230;  Schlie\u00dflich landen die Bohnen ebenfalls noch kurz in der Pfanne. Idealer Begleiter ist ein Carmen\u00e8re von Montes. Fertig ist unser selbst kreiertes &#8222;Asado de cerdo con habas tiernas y cebolla al vino tinto con ajo y pimiento rojo&#8220;. Wir fahren am Lago vorbei in den Parque Futangue. Nicht zum &#8222;Regenwandern&#8220; sondern zum SPA. So lassen wir uns zuerst durch eine ausgiebige Massage verw\u00f6hnen, bevor wir nach einer Yogi-Tee Pause die w\u00e4rmende Sauna aufsuchen.
