Endlich mal wieder f\u00fcr ein paar Tage raus an die frische Luft und hinein in die Natur. Da kommen unsere holl\u00e4ndischen Nachbarn gerade recht. Und was sollen wir sagen? Kaum haben wir die Grenze bei Isselburg passiert, werden wir auch schon freundlich begr\u00fc\u00dft. Das hat Stil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/hagema-tours.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/DSCF9001-2-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2313\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Langsames Reisen lautet unser Motto. So vermeiden wir die Autobahnen und befahren ausschlie\u00dflich die kleinen Landstra\u00dfen. So sch\u00f6n haben wir Holland noch nicht gesehen. Pr\u00e4chtige reetgedeckte Landh\u00e4user in noch pr\u00e4chtigeren G\u00e4rten sowie die vielen kleine Ortschaften, die sich wie in einem Prospekt herausgeputzt pr\u00e4sentieren. Nach knapp 255 Kilometern und 6 Stunden Fahrtzeit erreichen wir unsere erste Natur-Campsite in der N\u00e4he von Dwingeloo. Kein Strom, kein Licht. Wasserv\u00f6gel, St\u00f6rche und Schafe pr\u00e4gen die Tierwelt im Naturschutzgebiet. Und M\u00fccken! Und M\u00fccken! Tags\u00fcber nicht zu hei\u00df. Vor allem, wenn&#8217;s am Hochzeitstag ist. Also gehen wir ins beste Restaurant in Zoutkamp: &#8222;De Oude Sluis&#8220; (Die alte Schleuse).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-14 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" data-id=\"2352\" src=\"https:\/\/hagema-tours.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/DSCF9131-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2352\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" data-id=\"2353\" src=\"https:\/\/hagema-tours.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/DSCF9135-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2353\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Im restlos ausgebuchten Lokal nehmen wir im sonnigen Wintergarten Platz, und genie\u00dfen nur noch: zuerst ein Glas Prosecco mit aufgesetzten Beeren, dann den ber\u00fchmten Gru\u00df aus der K\u00fcche, ein &#8222;Cous Cous-Taartje&#8220;, es folgen als Vorspeisen &#8222;Chef&#8217;s Garnalen-Cocktail&#8220; und &#8222;Zwezerik met knolselderij, Amsterdamse ui en zwarte knoflook&#8220; (Kalbsbries), zum Zwischengang wird &#8222;Sorbetijs van spinazie met komkommermousse&#8220; (Spinateis mit Gurkenschaum) gereicht und schlie\u00dflich als Hauptgericht &#8222;Sliptong klassiek met roomboter, citroen en peterselie&#8220; (Seezunge) serviert. Wir w\u00e4hlen einen Sauvignon Blanc aus der Gascogne als Begleiter zu den Gerichten.
